What’s the difference between the paid & free subscription?

Free subscribers will get one newsletter per month. It’ll still be chock full of goodness.

Paid subscribers will get 3-4 additional newsletters per month. As of August 2020, supporters have received 26 more recipes than free subscribers! Supporters also have access to the full archive, even newsletters they may have missed.

Paid subscribers are also able to post comments and interact with each other. It’ll be like a small private community.

And, supporters will be able to suggest topics and help drive the direction of the premium posts to answer their questions and suit their needs.

Who are you?

For those of you that don’t know me already, I’m Laura! My partner Kevin and I have been living in an RV full-time since 2016. We’ve traveled all over North America (and beyond, without the RV) which means cooking in a tiny RV kitchen along the way.

Keeping it simple but still tasty

Dealing with a small kitchen is important to mention because it means that the meals I make need to be pretty simple. In turn, everything I share in this newsletter will be easy to make using the minimum number of pots and pans possible.

All of the recipes will also be free from animal products, most will be whole-food plant-based with no added oil or refined sugars, and many will be gluten-free or have gluten-free options. This is how we eat at home.

It might sound limiting, but I promise there is so much you can do given those parameters.
