Ah, the weather finally broke here in Los Barriles and we’ve been able to turn off the A/C and open up the windows. Glorious!

That also gives me more options for cooking. I don’t have to turn off the A/C to run any appliance.

But up until now, I was making just about everything outside that I could. It’s a good thing we have a grill now!
